The House
- Located by the market square in the coastal town of Crozon-Morgat, opposite the church and adjacent to local shops, restaurants; and bars. Harbour of Morgat with long sandy beach 5 minutes away. The house is tucked away in a quiet and secluded cobbled courtyard, however on your doorstep there are all amenities including a regular thriving French market, full of local fresh produce.

- Comfortable lounge/diner with tv, dvd player, and good hi-fi.
Kitchen
- All amenities including microwave, split level hob and oven,and filter coffee machine there is no dishwasher however.

- Lounge/diner, solid Ash 6 seated dining suite.
Bedroom
- 3 bedrooms:
- 2 double bedrooms on the second floor, and a twin bedroom on the first floor. All bedrooms have wardrobes and drawer storage.In the wardrobe of the second bedroom there is a travel cot & High chair
Bathrooms
- Shower room on the first floor, also immersion cupboard where the automatic washing machine is located.
There is also a seperate WC on each of the upper floors.
